SEC Power Poll Roundtable

The guys over at The Garnet and Black Attack are doing an SEC roundtable ,and the asked us to put up these questions. So post a comment and let us know what you think. Go Dawgs.
1. Pretend for a minute that Vanderbilt wasn't 2-0, then answer this question: What has been the most surprising thing in the SEC so far this season?
2. Conference action has either just begun for most teams, or will Sept. 20. (The exception is Kentucky, which I believe plays I-AA teams until mid-November.) From what you've seen so far, how will your team fare in your division? If it's not going to win, which team will?
3. Which SEC player that few of us are paying attention to is poised to have a breakout season? Try to choose someone not on your team.
4. Both Arkansas and LSU have had games delayed because of hurricanes. If you could choose a game on your team's current schedule to get postponed because of inclement weather, which game would you choose and why?
5. So, the Large Haldron Collider hasn't destroyed the Earth -- so far, anyway. But had the world ended Wednesday morning, which SEC game would you have most regretted missing? Assuming, of course, you had been around to regret it. (Head...hurts...)

-Look below for Sammy the Taint's pick of the week... Jimmy may not agree but I'm telling you this came to me in a dream.
I have been meditating for three days now trying to pick these games and here is what I've come up with.

Ohio St. at USC -10
Kansas at USF -3.5
Arkansas at Texas -24
UCLA at BYU -7.5
Jimmy-Notre Dame, OSU, Kansas, Ark, and BYU
Merkin- Michigan, USC, USF, Arkansas, and BYU
Sammy-Michigan, USC, Kansas, Arkansas, and BYU
Sammy's pick of the Week-Michigan, I think you could bet the house on this one.

Five Reasons Knowshown Will Win the Heisman

Well, as I was driving to work today, sitting in traffic in Memphis, I was thinking about all Knowshown has given us Georgia fans, The Leap, The celebration, and of course, the soldier boy. So I came up with the 5 reasons he will win the Heisman.
5. Tebow will not put up the stats he did last year and everyone will figure out he can not win the big game.
4. Georgia is on National TV almost every week. Unlike other big names in the contest ... Daniels and Sanchez, who play in shitty conferences or play late games that not everyone will watch, they wont get seen as much. The whole west coast / east coast bias thing...
3. He does not need a lot of carries to put up big numbers. Moreno has only carried the ball something like 25 times this season and he already has 225 yards and 6 Touchdowns.
2. Georgia will be good. Now this is just my opinion and I could be wrong, but to me your team has to be good just to be in the running.
1. He is the Heartbeat of this team and he will lead us to the promised land. GATA KM24

5 Things I Hate About College Football

Now I want to say this I love college football, but after jumping in with both feet this weekend I came to this conclusion....there are some things I hate.
5. Preseason Top 25 - heading into the first game we already have a top 25. Tennessee and Clemson went into this past weekend thinking there teams might be pretty good only to have there hopes crushed. And Georgia winning (blowout) and still dropping a spot after USC beat a crappy ACC team.
4. Ticket Prices - $5,000+ donations come on. We should be able to pay for the tickets first come first serve.
3. Pay Per View - Anyone who paid 30.00 bucks to watch a second class CSS game might have felt the same.
2. No Booze in the Stadium - I am 26 years old and should be able to do whatever the hell I want. There is nothing worse than drinking whiskey all day and having to quit for 3-4 hours. You get tired and a bad ass headache. Don't say I shouldn't drink, because that is just stupid.
1. LOU HOLTZ - I really cant stand this guy.
